DEVELOPER PROFILE

Over the last 30 years the Moritz Group has grown to be one of Ireland's most successful residential and commercial developers. It is a privately owned and privately funded company. Through its various companies, the Moritz Group has established an outstanding reputation for the quality of its property and construction projects.

Amongst their most significant developments are; Adamstown in Dublin (where the group jointly developed a new train station, a school and phase one of the masterplan for 10,000 houses), a district centre in Galway, a shopping centre in Kilkenny (joint venture), Custom House Square in the IFSC (joint venture) and several neighbourhood centres.

In recent years the group has expanded internationally and currently holds a number of strategic prime office investments in the UK and is a joint developer of 8 shopping centres in Romania.

The Group acquired the Tullamore site in 2005 and is fully committed to completing the masterplan for the site, which will be a key development for Moritz.
